Atlas may collect account information, business profile information, customer details, employee details, schedule information, invoice details, reminder settings, and billing-related information needed to provide the service.

Customer and Business Data

Users may enter customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, notes, job details, invoice information, and reminder details. Users are responsible for making sure they have the right to collect, store, and use this information.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate Atlas, manage accounts, provide scheduling tools, create invoices, support reminders, improve the service, process payments, prevent abuse, and provide customer support.

Payments

Atlas may use Stripe or another payment provider to process subscriptions and billing. Atlas does not directly store full credit card numbers. Payment information is handled by the payment provider according to their own policies.

Text Messages and Reminders

Atlas may use Twilio or another messaging provider to send customer reminders, appointment updates, invoice reminders, scheduling updates, and customer support messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Users and customers can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

SMS Data Sharing

SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

Atlas may use services such as Supabase for database storage, Stripe for payments, Twilio for messaging, Vercel for hosting, and other tools needed to operate the platform. These providers may process data as part of providing their services.

Data Sharing

Atlas does not sell personal information. We may share information only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, process payments, deliver messages, prevent fraud, or protect Atlas, users, and customers.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no internet-based service can guarantee complete security.

Data Accuracy and User Responsibility

Users are responsible for keeping account, business, customer, employee, invoice, and reminder information accurate and updated.

Data Requests

Users may contact Atlas to request help accessing, updating, or deleting account-related information, subject to legal, billing, security, and operational requirements.

Atlas may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Atlas after updates means you accept the updated policy.
