Terms of Service

Last updated: May 8, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Atlas, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use Atlas.

Description of Service

Atlas provides business management tools for service businesses, including client management, scheduling, employee management, invoices, reminders, subscriptions, and related features.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your account, login credentials, business information, customer information, employee information, invoices, schedules, reminders, and any activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions and Billing

Atlas may offer paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize Atlas or its payment provider to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

Free Trials and Promotions

Atlas may offer free trials, discounts, or promotional pricing. Trial and promotional terms may change or end at any time. After a trial ends, billing may begin unless the subscription is canceled before the billing date.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription according to the billing tools provided. Cancellation generally stops future billing but does not automatically provide a refund for amounts already charged unless required by law or stated otherwise.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Atlas at its discretion. Users are responsible for canceling before renewal if they do not want to continue being billed.

SMS Communications

By providing a phone number and agreeing to receive messages, users and customers consent to receive SMS messages from Atlas related to appointments, scheduling updates, invoices, reminders, and customer support.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Customer Communications

If you use Atlas to send text messages, reminders, emails, or other communications, you are responsible for getting proper customer consent and following all applicable laws, carrier rules, and messaging requirements.

User Content and Data

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of information entered into Atlas, including customer records, invoices, notes, schedules, employee information, and business documents.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Atlas for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, fraud, abusive messaging, unauthorized data collection, or any activity that could harm Atlas, other users, customers, or third-party providers.

Third-Party Services

Atlas may depend on third-party services such as Supabase, Stripe, Twilio, Vercel, and other providers. Atlas is not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes, or failures caused by third-party services.

No Professional Advice

Atlas is business management software. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment, or compliance advice. You should consult qualified professionals when needed.

Service Availability

Atlas may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Atlas is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

Atlas may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, misuse the service, fail to pay, or use Atlas in a way that harms the platform or others.

Changes to Terms

Atlas may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Atlas after updates means you accept the updated terms.
